One bedroom has a full size bed, the other room has two twins and the living room has a futon that folds out to a full size bed, so the first floor unit can sleep six. The house has wood floors with the exception of the back room, which has a natural slate floor. The kitchen has a small dishwasher, granite counters and two fridges (one is a small beverage fridge).

The first floor renters have use of a front yard patio and patio in the back. Also, the backyard has a picnic table and gas grill. An outdoor shower, washer and dryer is also included, although this is shared with the second floor renters. The house has cable TV and Cable Internet access with numerous outlet jacks in most rooms. The house if fairly close to the Acme Supermarket and within a short walk of Kuble's Too, Joey's Pizza, Pinky's Seafood shack (which I highly recommend) a deli, an ice cream place and a gift shop with some pretty cool Italian style china.

Weeks run from Saturday until Saturday and the minimum rental period is one week. The rent does not include cleaning so you will be required to leave the house as clean as you found it.

Please note, the house is located on a quiet street with various retirees living nearby. It's not an animal house and I require people to be considerate of my neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside of the home.

The first three weeks in June rent for $900 and the last week rents for $1000. The last week of August rents for $1200.
