100 year old Victorian welcomes you to the NJ shore, just 4 houses to the ocean on wide 11th Ave, Belmar. We redid the upstairs for our own use and are renting it out when we are busy. The upstairs is 2 stories with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a brand new cherry kitchen, a living room and a deck with a wonderful ocean view. The bathrooms were also redone last summer. The bedrooms are small but servicable. Shared laundry is available in the basement and an outside shower is on the left side. Quiet year round tenants are downstairs. Steps away is the long flat beach and has a quiet boardwalk for strolling on or off season. Downtown and the train station to NYC are just 5-7 blocks in the other direction. Belmar and neighboring towns host frequent concerts and festivals in and out of season and have a wide variety of restaurants and shops. We try to keep the house allergen free, no pets or smoking please. One parking spot off street is available
